1. Lets get you warmed up
We'll get you started with an active dynamic warm up to help prime your mind and body for the task at hand. 


2. Ok. Come into the huddle.
Let's get you acquainted with some of your new teammates. Give the person on your left and the person on the right side of you, a high five. That person is your "Teammate" that person is someone who will motivate and give you an extra hand if needed for the next 45-50m mins.

3. It's demo time. 
Your coach for the day will demonstrate all of the movements that will be performed as well as explain and give modifications for those that may be dealing with any pre-existing injuries.


4. It's "GAME TIME"
You'll be working along side a group of POSITIVE, HIGH ENERGY, MOTIVATED individuals for the next 50mins.Keep in mind that we're all working together, but you're encouraged to work at your own pace. Your only competition is YOU!

5. Your workout is done.

Meet in the huddle for a quick team cheer. Let's stretch and get you out the door.
